Why download powerpoint 2003?

I'm looking for powerpoint 2003 because I've bought ovation software which only works with that version even though I've saved as ppt file, it still is imperfect in the final results on Ovation. That's why I think people still want the old stuff, not wanting to fork out an additional sum of money after being bilked out of a software not backward compatible and feeling stung. If I'm wrong here, and there really is a fix for an Ovation and Office 2007 match, please let me know.
