What is the best inter-planetary power struggle movie You've seen? (aka Star Wars)?

Hopefully someone with something to say on the topic responds to this, I've seen them all and would just like to know what others would say on the topic. Star wars is clearly the best and if I had to say a second and third it would be Dune and then Star ship troopers. Basically what I'm asking is anyone else's thoughts on this particular type of movie and there favorite or an enlightening movie they would place before my 2nd and 3rd.
