Sony vaio CW says battery is not working or in correctly but it is :(?

so for some odd reason my sony vaio CW edition doesint seem to be working properly, it keep saying the batterry is either not meant for that computer or it is broken but its the stock battery and it is in fine and not messed up at all please help ! :(
