Osmosis and Diffusion lab. Help?

Okay, so we did the osmosis and diffusion lab in biology last cl where you put the bag of starch solution in the iodine solution. I don't know how to answer one of my questions in my packet because I don't have my biology book with me. Can someone help me out? The question is: What would happen if you did an experiment in which the iodine solution was placed in the baggie, and the starch solution was in the beaker?
