I have a need to learn the art of Playing the Piano?

I'm only 13 and i really want to start playing clical piano. I find Beethoven very relaxing and beautiful, such as Mozart and others. My question is, How should i go about learning it? Should I save up and try to pay for lessons, then buy a piano, should i buy a piano, or a keyboard to start, and what are some things a need to know? Thank you so much!
