What does the law or judge fully means when he says you cant practice law?

I have a speeding ticket that i am trying to fight, the officer claimed that i was going 101 mph and im hear to tell you that i wasnt....of course i wouldnt admit this in court, but the speed limit was 70 i was going approximately 80mph most definitely no more than 90mph in which i understand that even admitting that i was going over is bad for me so i will try my best to not admit that..... But i do my have a defense laid out and everything but my concern is that the judge may claim that im practicing law or acting as a lawyer without being a member of the BAR ociation.... my argument is fairly on legal bases, such as common law, avoiding jurisdiction by not making a plea or by showing that such statues i violated isnt constitutional and does not hold any legal merit against me seeing how no unlawful contact can ever be support by a judge, other constitutional standing and case law, improper due process by not having my rights read, and having orders or summons force against me without a judges signature or by a person under oath, not making a plea but refusing to make contracts with the courts without first, cause of action or an proper accuser(not the police officer because what he says is what "he" witness or observed and is consider as hearsay, in addition he used a 3rd party instrument or equipment that by way of radar of in which improperly measurement my rate speed, in which i will send in motions asking the court to dismiss if the the officer fail to provide evidence from finding from radar equipment and inspection and calibration paper to show that is was in working conditions AND to dismiss the case due to the fact that the officer summons me to court without a judges signature or warren otherwise i would face imprisonment due to not responding to this improper summons. i plan to say that im there involuantry and is there to show that, i've broken no contracts or commit fraud, nor commit a crime in which i am subject to due process in order to violate my rights........also to show that there is no jurisdiction due to lack of subject matter and inability to enforce an unlawful contact or one that was never made!
