Training a puppy a few things.?

Iv just got this puppy its 2 months old and its cross between a pit bull and lab. I want to know how to stop it from peeing every were i can never spot when he's about to go. Also i want to know if there is a way to make him stop chewing things, i know he's a puppy but when he gets older he will chew up shoes and etc... Last thing is i have a older dog 9 years old and he's a golden retriever but he is a weary dog will he eventually get used to the puppy been around ? (there ok when there outside on a walk) Thanks
