Should My fiance and little bubby (17 weeks old) move..?

I live with my grandmother in law and she's worse, she "let the dogs watch" the baby and left her on her bed (put a stop to that pretty damn quick) and she gave her a paci that she found in my druggie sister in law's room... so I know how you feel. Move if you can. I wish I could afford it.
