SWINE FLU-help please!?

I'm 14 years old and a few days ago I started coming down with symptoms that resemble those of swine flu. There have been cases around my school, and I have been around a few people that have just tested positive for it. I have a fever of 102, my body aches all over, exhaustion, coughing, sore throat, vomiting and diarrhea. My best friend just tested positive for it, and I went to her house on saturday (before she knew) and all my cles are with a girl who also just tested positive for it. I have a doctors appointment today, but I would still like some opinions before hand. Does this sound like swine to you?
