I want to keep my Group posting organized. Advice?

I am a group moderator. i would be be able to reorganize postings so that they are grouped by subject etc. I wish, for example, I could create folders in the postings area so folks could at least know where they could look for answers or post questions and not have to spend time searching through dozens of irrelevant posts.
