I cant find this in the textbook please help?

Koch presents us with the proposition that two things are both true: 1) qualia are all that we can ever directly know - since by definition they are our sensations and perceptions and sense of meaning; and 2) qualia are patterns of neural activity in the brain, made up of "coalitions of neurons." What are some of the questions or implications this combination of statements raises, and how does he sidestep them (ie. justify not answering or discussing them much
